Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, and it's 100% free no matter where you live. As part of our sustainability efforts, we ship all orders from the manufacturing hub where our products are made.

Processing & delivery times

All orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing window prior to shipment. Once shipped, approximate delivery times are:

• Domestic: 5-8 business days
• International: 5-10 business days

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping disclaimers

• Once your order is shipped we cannot modify the delivery address, shipping method, or items.
• Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to checkout.
• For lost, stolen, or missing packages, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
• We do not issue refunds for orders scanned as "Delivered".
• Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
• Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
