Refund Policy

Something not quite right? We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days on all products that haven't been used and are in the same original packaging that you received. Products are inspected upon return for usage and wear.

Returns & exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We will issue a return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
• You must provide a tracking number as proof of delivery. Refunds are not issued until we receive the returned order.
• Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned order.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
